At LHD Shop, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
